No. You need an account with billing set up. We walk you through connecting it on the call, and every change we propose comes with a plain-English explanation.
Yes. Everything runs in your own account, so AWS Activate, Azure for Startups, and Google for Startups credits apply to the infrastructure bill directly. Our fees are billed separately.
A scoped role in your cloud account — on AWS, a cross-account IAM role with an external ID, created from a CloudFormation link you review. No root access, no passwords, no long-lived keys. Read-only GitHub access plus permission to open pull requests.
Delete the role and remove the GitHub app. Your infrastructure keeps running, and the OpenTofu code and CI pipelines are already in your repo. There's nothing to migrate off.
Support hours are 9am to 9pm IST. Alerts fire 24/7 and we respond best-effort outside those hours. Safe deploys roll back automatically on failed health checks. We don't offer a guaranteed 24/7 on-call yet, and we'll tell you if you need one.
Best supported: Next.js front ends with a FastAPI or Node.js back end and PostgreSQL. Apps from Lovable, Replit, Bolt, v0, Cursor, and Claude Code usually fit. If yours doesn't, we'll say so on the call.
